The Hero MotoCorp has announced their new bike – the Maestro. The company will soon launch the Maestro – the motor scooter. The bike is manufactured with a 109 cc engine. Along with the announcement of the bike, the company has also released the images of the new vehicle, which are available on the internet. The currently available images show the bike in red color.
The Maestro is powered by a single cylinder engine. It is an air cooled four stroke engine. Among one of the new features of the bike, it comes with an AMI – Advanced Microprocessor Ignition system. The bike generates a high power of 8.2 bhp at 7500 rpm.
The Maestro resembles the Hero Honda Pleasure and the Honda Activa models. However, there is a slight difference in the height. For that reason, it should be good for the people with average height so that they get not only enough legroom but also can reach out to the ground. With these features in place, it certainly looks a lot pleasing.
The Maestro comes with a LCD display and a service due indicator among some of the regular features like the speedometer, manual choke, rear view mirrors etc. Like the above mentioned models like Pleasure and Activa, even the Maestro has a lot of storage space below the seat. It is large enough to accommodate space even for a helmet.
The new Hero vehicle has a bag hook under the seat. That is an additional feature which was not to be seen in their Pleasure model. An official word on the bike is awaited. It is yet not known on what date the bike will be launched by the company. However, when it makes it entry in the market, it is going to give a tough fight to its competitors like Honda Activa and Honda Dio.
