Mahindra had made public the Rodeo RZ in the second week of June for the entire media. And now, after nearly three weeks, the scooter is up for grabs. Yes Mahindra has put up the scooter on sale now. However, the scooter will be launched in a phased manner all over the country. Currently, the launch is limited only to South India.
The 125cc Z Series engine powers the attractive looking scooter. The engine has been worked upon to perform better and hence put forward a better pick-up, which then translates into increased millage. The scooter is powered by Dual Curve Digital Ignition (DCDI), which is similar to company’s another scooter, the Duro DZ.
The Mahindra Rodeo RZ can give a healthy average of nearly 59.4 kmpl. The same has been certified by the ARAI. The mirrors of the scooter come with the body color. So it gives a pleasant look to the scooter and increases the overall personality.
Another upside of the scooter is that it comes with mobile phone charger. So you can charge your handset even if you are on the move. The Rodeo RZ comes with a 4-in1 anti theft key. It guarantees that your two wheeler is always safe and away from the preying eyes.
One look at the scooter is enough to tell you that it is designed for the female class, even if it has a heavier and powerful engine. That is why there are as many as seven color options to choose from. Apart from the available colors the newly introduced colors are as follows, flame orange, electric green and mystique violet.
As the bike has been launched only in south India, here is the price list for various states:
In Andhra Pradesh, the scooter will cost Rs. 49,575.
In Kerala, the Mahindra product costs Rs. 49,410
Customers in Tamil Nadu will have to pay the most – Rs. 50,710
